PHOENIX, AZ - A restitution hearing will not take place Tuesday in Phoenix on how much a former AEA Credit Union loan officer will have to pay back. A clerk with the U.S. District Court in Phoenix confirms to KSWT that all parties have agreed to a deal but did not have details of the agreement. More>>
William Liddle has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in the AEA fraud case. He will also serve an additional five years probation. Liddle will spend tonight behind bars as he was immediately taken into custody. More>>
