GOOD ANTENNAS FOR GETTING 13 & 11

Corner reflector antenna with Hi Band-VHF notice the extra “wings” in the back, that is the VHF portion. These are pretty rare around here. This is very directional and must be pointed very precisely to get a good signal.

These are two styles of Hi-Band VHF ONLY “Yagi” Style antennas. High band is for channels 7-13. Low band is channels 2-6. These are very rare around here. You can see that they lack the part that looks like the UHF antennas shown above.

This is a VHF/UHF “Yagi” antenna, which is the best type to get for any conditions. This will work for all types of TV. Notice the front looks like a “corner reflector” that’s the UHF part, and the back looks like the VHF only type right above. This is highly directional and will not get a good signal if pointed the wrong way.

This is a VHF/UHF antenna that can be used indoors and out. It’s made by Terk. These work well in the closer areas like foothills and closer communities in the Imperial Valley. This is somewhat directional.
