Account Executive

KSWT is taking applications for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Full Time). The position is Monday to Friday-(8AM – 5PM)

Duties: Generate new advertising revenue; maintain & service existing accounts; monitor schedules placed with station to insure proper schedules, develop proposals for clients to aid them in maximizing the utility of their TV dollars, breakout estimates on audience demographics & psychographics to devise projections of upcoming programming & develop advertising schedules, review & update special programming materials to insure potential advertisers are made aware of upcoming events. Write, copy, prepare & produce creative commercials for direct accounts, project sales figures on a monthly basis, responsible for collection of individual account billing and perform other tasks related to the position as assigned.

Requirements:  Candidates should have background in sales, media knowledge helpful, excellent verbal & written communication skills, valid driver's license, insurance & have a dependable vehicle, ability to lift at least 35 lbs. when necessary & maintain a home telephone.
