Location: KSWT-TV, Yuma, AZ
Job Title: BUSINESS & HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Shift: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Duties: Duties include but not limited to: overseeing the processing of accounts payable, posting accounts receivables, trade accounts, billing, statements and month end closing with a complete set of accounting records for the corporate office in a timely manner for the goal of closing on time. Work with sales staff on collections. Personnel duties include but not limited to: all new hire orientations, tracking payroll forms and reviewing/approving timecard hours and maintaining personnel records in an accurate & confidential manner. Supervise and manage accounting assistant and receptionist.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 5 years experience in Accounting/Human Resources. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and 10-Key by touch. Well rounded, pleasant and able to handle multiple tasks. Organized & efficient. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, clean driver's license screening and willing to take an aptitude test.
