What we are looking for at KSWT:

KSWT is looking for people who excel at presenting conceptual marketing plans to local, direct decision makers. Candidate will have excellent prospecting skills, enjoy relationship building and be a superb problem solver.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with computer proficiency.  Base salary, plus a generous commission is provided for the right individual.  A full benefits package is included.

Required Skills:

• Must have basic math skills.
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with a varied list of clients.
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Ability to develop and make professional presentations to individual and groups.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record & proof of insurance.
• Must have an automobile in good running condition.
• Must have a cell phone or ability to acquire one.
• High School Diploma required. Four year college degree preferred.
