Job Title:
RECEPTIONIST/TRAFFIC  ASSISTANT(Part time)

Shift: Mon – Fri

Duties:  
Input traffic orders daily, input traffic instructions daily spot dub requests daily, generate various sales/revenue/ avails reports as needed, work logs daily, maintain tape library, coordinate with Business Office. for month-end billing, co-ordinate with Programming dept., Nielsen Research "e-names" sweeps reporting, retrieve Network timings for logs, provide back-up assistance to programming dept.,

Answer multi line phone and direct calls, greet public, log reconciliation, mail handling, filing, order and maintain office / coffee supplies, support for Accounting, Sales & Traffic Departments with various duties, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Familiarity with computers; familiarity with Traffic software a plus but not required.   Enjoy working with people and able to handle multiple tasks in a pleasant and professional manner.
