Blythe, CA-- A woman has been arrested for several charges related to theft and forgery after an ongoing investigation related to numerous stolen checks.
Blythe Police say between December 16th, 2011 and February 2, 2012, investigators looked into three reports of stolen checks.
Authorities say 28-year old, April Reyes, of Blythe was named as a possible suspect.
Cops say they saw Reyes walking in the 300-block of north Lovekin boulevard last Friday.
Once stopped by authorities, Reyes was searched by cops and found stolen property including un cashed checks from prior cases.
Reyes has been arrested for 10 counts including I-D theft, forgery, and possession of stolen property charges.
