YUMA, AZ - A man has been arrested in connection to a hit and run incident over the weekend.
Yuma Police say 23-year-old Yuma resident Vincente Dominguez has been arrested for three felony offenses of leaving the scene of an injury accident, endangerment and tampering with evidence.
Police says they found Dominguez painting and repairing his black and orange 2007 Honda Civic in the area of 19th Place and Magnolia St.
Police say an investigation connects Dominguez and his car with a hit and run collision on Sunday.
The collision left 40-year-old Tobias Duvall injured on the side of the road.
The victim remains in fair condition.
Dominguez appeared in justice court this afternoon. He remains in custody on $50,000 bond.
