YUMA, AZ - Gas prices continue to rise in the desert southwest.

According to gasbuddy.com, the average price of gas in Arizona is $3.52. That's eight cents more than a week ago and 20 cents more than what drivers were paying for a month ago.

In California, the average price for a gallon of unleaded gas is $4.02. That's 18 cents more than a week ago and 33 cents higher than a month ago.

Experts say gas prices will continue to climb towards the warmer weather season especially during March and April.
