EL CENTRO, CA - The man behind the wheel in a fatal accident in Brawley last month was in court today.
Anthony Aubry appeared in front of a judge in El Centro, CA for a hearing.
The hearing was continued until next week where they will decide dates for preliminary examinations.
According to California Highway Patrol Aubry was driving west on Fredericks Road in Brawley when he collided with another vehicle carrying five people.
Two of the passengers died and three received minor to major injuries.
Aubry is now facing two counts of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and two counts of DUI causing injury. He remains in custody on $100,000 bond.
