Swaim in court for arraignment

El Centro, CA- Former CHP Lieutenant Jonnie Swaim is back in court today for his arraignment . Swaim is accused of sexual misconduct with 2 minors over a decade ago.

Imperial County Judge William Lehman went over Swaim's charges and set important dates regarding the upcoming trial.

Swaim's trial is to take place within 60 days. Jury selection and a readiness hearing are to happen in April.
