YUMA, AZ- Three suspects arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting earlier this week were back in court.
Prosecutors did not file a complaint against 19 year old Marlee Cahoe for criminal gang activity.
She will be released from jail sometime Friday. The Judge Gregory Stewart said it is unlikely any future charges will be filed against her.
However, Prosecutors did file one felony count of assisting a criminal street gang against 18 year old Adrian Covarrubias and 19 year old Gabriel Lugo.
Lugo was also charged with one felony count of endangerment.
At the request of prosecutors, both of their bonds were reduced by Judge Stewart to $25,000.
Covarrubias and Lugo are back in court for a preliminary hearing next week.
