YUMA, AZ- A suspect who barricaded himself in a Yuma home Saturday night was back in court Tuesday. He's also wanted out of Imperial County for assault with a deadly weapon.

Mike Kinale has been charged with theft of means of transportation, criminal damage, criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

These charges stem from 2 different cases.

His bond was modified to $15,000. He's due back in court for a preliminary hearing on these charges next week.

The 22 year old was also arrested on a warrant out of El Centro for failure to appear in court for an assault with a deadly weapon.

Imperial County is requesting extradition for Kinale.

He's being held in this case on no bond.

Kinale will return back to court to see if a fugitive complaint has been filed later this week.
