YUMA, AZ- A suspect who barricaded himself in a Yuma home Saturday night was back in court Tuesday. He's also wanted out of Imperial County for assault with a deadly weapon.
Mike Kinale has been charged with theft of means of transportation, criminal damage, criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
These charges stem from 2 different cases.
His bond was modified to $15,000. He's due back in court for a preliminary hearing on these charges next week.
The 22 year old was also arrested on a warrant out of El Centro for failure to appear in court for an assault with a deadly weapon.
Imperial County is requesting extradition for Kinale.
He's being held in this case on no bond.
Kinale will return back to court to see if a fugitive complaint has been filed later this week.
