YUMA, AZ- A suspect wanted out of Imperial County waives his right to extradition Thursday afternoon.

Michael John Kinale went before Judge Gregory Stewart in Yuma Justice Court.

The 22 year old was arrested on Monday, while in custody, on a warrant for failure to appear in El Centro Court for assault with a deadly weapon.

Kinale has several charges pending against him from over the weekend in Yuma.

He's accused of stealing a vehicle and barricading himself in a Yuma home Saturday night.

Judge Stewart says Kinale can return to Imperial County after his Yuma charges are dealt with.

Prosecutors have requested he be held on no bond. Judge Stewart granted that request.

He's due back in court for a status hearing in this case on May 14.
