YUMA, AZ- Yuma's outdoor market place is closing down for the season. The owner says they are not planning to reopen at the present location.
The sign outside the market place is asking for the recall of Yuma's Mayor Al Krieger.
Dan Dinwiddie, the owner of the market place, says he is also forming a recall committee against Mayor Krieger.
The market place previously had a sign up asking the public to boycott local doctors and the hospital they work at.
He says a restraining order forced him to take that message down and he will fight that order.
Dinwiddie says for the past year he's been investigating what he calls unfair business practices against him and he is taking it to the Attorney Generals Office in Phoenix.
He says the city has targeted him forcing him into Chapter 11.
Dinwiddie says they unfairly were able to secure the bank note on the property.
