Yuma Police Investigating A Suspicious Death

YUMA, AZ - Police are investigating what they are calling a suspicious death in Yuma County.

The Yuma Police Department responded to the 100 block of north 9th Avenue just after 7 Monday Morning.

Police say that's where they found the lifeless body of a 20-year-old man inside.

Coincidentally, this is the same house where 22-year-old Michael Kinale barricaded himself inside the attic during a stand off after a vehicle was stolen more than two weeks ago.

Police have not said if the incidents are in any way related.

Police were on scene investigating until 6:30 Monday night. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Yuma police department or 78-crime to remain anonymous.
