Joena Ezroj Named Yuma's 2012 Teacher of the Year

YUMA, AZ - More than 60 Yuma teachers are recognized Tuesday night at the Yuma Civic Center for the 25th Annual Yuma County Teacher of the Year event.

Nearly two thousand guests attended the special event sponsored by the Yuma Rotary Club and there were 18 finalists.

However, of the 18, this year's winner was Joena Ezroj. She says she is honored to be selected for this year's Teacher of the Year.
