1st Bank Yuma in the Foothills Robbed

The 1st Bank Yuma, located at  11600 S. Fortuna Road. was robbed today at 2:38pm.

According to the Yuma County Sherrifs the suspect is a male, wearing a white hoodie sweatshirt, white bandanna across his face, sunglasses and black gloves. No one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspect fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash and is believed to have gotten into the passenger side of a white 1997-2004 model Ford F150 extended cab pickup.  The pickup has tinted windows and may have clear plastic on the passenger window such as to cover a broken window.  It is believed a driver was waiting in the pickup for the suspect to flee the bank.  The vehicle left the bank headed Southbound on Fortuna Road.

The suspect is at large and no arrests have been made at this time.
