Multi-vehicle crash in Yuma sends 3 to the hospital

YUMA, AZ- The Yuma Police Department is investigating a three vehicle crash.

It happened Thursday afternoon on 32nd Street between Avenue A and 15th Avenue in Yuma.

It appears three vehicle rear end crash happened after a truck hit a jeep and the jeep hit a taxi cab.

Three people involved in the crash were transported to the hospital. One person was taken by Rural Metro, the other two by ambulance by the Yuma Fire Department.

The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Traffic was backed up on 32nd Street because of the collision and construction in the area.
