Sister of Homicide Suspect Charged Helping Him Avoid The Law

YUMA , AZ - Yuma County Sheriff's Office investigators have arrested the sister of a homicide suspect they are still seeking. Blanca Bustamante, a hispanic female, 21 years of age, of Yuma, is under arrest for charges of hindering prosecution.  According to witnesses Blanca Bustamante has been assisting Manuel Bustamante avoid arrest.  Blanca Bustamante is the sister of homicide suspect Manuel Bustamante. 

Manuel Bustamante is described as a hispanic male, 30 years of age, 5'07" and 185 lbs.  Also of interest is Jonathan Roger Ochoa, a hispanic male, 27 years of age, 5'10" and 170 lbs.  Bustamante and Ochoa are aware the Sheriff's Office is seeking them and they are actively avoiding apprehension.
