America's Most Wanted Fugitives Captured in Arizona

PHOENIX, AZ - Two fugitives on the run for ten years are now in custody after being hey were caught by U.S. Marshals near Phoenix.

Grant and Janet Hallihan were wanted in Illinois for conspiracy to commit bank and mail fraud and money laundering.

Both are accused of running a ponzi scheme netting millions of dollars from their victims.

The couple had pleaded guilty to the charges in Illinois, but failed to appear for sentencing.

The Hallahan's were featured on the show "America's most wanted" two days ago and someone saw them near phoenix, and U.S. Marshal's took the couple into custody.
