TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Police say a Tucson man suffering from dementia and missing since mid-April has been found dead near Niland California.

Tucson police announced Monday that 77-year-old Arthur Hartung was found Sunday by U.S. Border Patrol agents near the Chocolate Mountain Gunnery/Bombing Range in Niland.

Authorities say there's no evidence of foul play.

Hartung had been missing from his home since April 17.

His vehicle was located April 29 in the same area as his body was eventually found.
