Vehicle rolls off Interstate 8, one person injured

YUMA, AZ- A person is rushed to the hospital after rolling their vehicle off Interstate 8.

It happened Wednesday evening near mile post 13.

Rural Metro says the driver was traveling westbound on I8 when they rolled off the freeway and came to a halt on the frontage road near Mesa Del Sol.

They says one person was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
