Fundraiser Held to Benefit 3-year-old Diagnosed with Leukemia

YUMA, AZ - Music, food, and a big heart brought the Yuma community together Saturday morning to help 3-year-old Angel Torres...also known as Oobie fight his battle with Leukemia.

The toddler was diagnosed with the disease just two weeks ago.

In an effort to help Angel's family with medical expenses a car wash was held at Alexander Flight Line Mazda and included live music from the local Reggae band Head Strong.

Plus, local MMA fighter Carlos Flores was at the fundraiser signing autographs and selling T- shirts all to help benefit Angel.

Organizers of the event say another fundraiser is likely to be held in the near future.
