San Luis Rio Colorado Dir. Public Safety Gunned Down

SAN LUIS RIO COLORADO, MEXICO - The Director of Public Safety for San Luis Rio Colorado has been gunned down as he was leaving his subdivision on Saturday night. San Luis, AZ police tell KSWT News 13 they received a notification confirming the news.

Radio Patrulla is reporting there is a recording that shows the moments before the attack itself. They say it shows three men opening fire on Luis Freddy Rodriguez Soqui, Director of Public Safety San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora, just after nine o'clock Saturday night as he was leaving the subdivision where he lived on 27th Street and Juarez.
