YUMA, AZ- This week is National EMS Week. Rural Metro celebrated Wednesday morning with a ceremony.

It was held at Rural Metro fire station 2 in the Foothills.

This week Rural Metro is remembering their fallen, retired, and those who put their lives on the line everyday.

A moment of silence was held for Captain David Irr who died in his sleep while on duty two years ago today.
