YUMA, AZ - The case of the man accused of killing a Yuma doctor more than five years ago has come to a stand still.
A trial date for Preston Strong has not been set as another court hearing is canceled.
A Yuma Superior Court judge approved a motion filed by the Attorney General's Office to postpone the hearing because it is still in the middle of crime lab investigations that will take more than 1,000 hours to complete.
Another court date has yet to be scheduled as the Attorney General's Office is waiting for an expedited hearing to be approved.
