PHOENIX, AZ - A restitution hearing will not take place Tuesday in Phoenix on how much a former AEA Credit Union loan officer will have to pay back.
A clerk with the U.S. District Court in Phoenix confirms to KSWT that all parties have agreed to a deal but did not have details of the agreement.
The restitution will require William Liddle to start making payments following his 15 years prison sentence for part of the loan frauds he set up.
Frank Ruiz will also have to pay restitution.
Both Liddle and Ruiz have filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy so while there is an agreement it would still have to be collected.
