YUMA, AZ - A regional health center has received a much needed grant.
Sunset Community Health Center officials say that with the help of Congressman Raul Grijalva's office, they have received a grant for $650,000.
The grant money will be use to grow the school health clinic program transitioned to sunset by Yuma Regional Medical Center.
They also plan on using some of the grant money to open a new school health clinic in Somerton.
Sunset officials say that with this grant they will be able to service over 4,000 in Yuma County who don't have access to basic healthcare.
