2nd Annual Territorial River Regatta - | News for Yuma, Imperial Valley, El Centro, AZ & CA

Yuma, AZ - Hundreds spend the day floating down the Colorado river despite the heat.

The 2nd Annual Territorial River Regatta was put on by Caballeros de Yuma.

The local organization decided last year's river run was such a hit they wanted to put forth another one so the community could enjoy their 4^th of July weekend.

Locals weren't the only ones taking part in the Fun. Carol Dexheimer and Karen Dobies drove from San Diego for the Regatta and say they plan to come next year too.
