Winterhaven shooting suspect arrested


YUMA, AZ- A suspect wanted in connection to shooting 2 people and injuring another with a knife is now behind bars.

Anthony Marshall Davis was arrested Tuesday afternoon near 15th Avenue and 4th Street in Yuma.

Yuma police along with the U.S. Marshal's and Imperial County Sheriff's Office were involved in taking Davis into custody.

He was booked into Yuma County jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and for a parole warrant/fugitive out of California.

The Imperial County Sheriff's Office have been searching for Davis since this weekend.

He is accused of shooting two females and cutting his girlfriend with a knife on Turquoise Circle in Winterhaven Saturday night.

Davis will make his first appearance before a judge Wednesday afternoon.
