EL CENTRO, CA- A Winterhaven man accused of bashing his female neighbors head into the concrete in November is now behind bars in Imperial Valley.
Michael Kinale was extradited from Yuma County to the Imperial County jail on Thursday June 28.
The 22 year old was arrested by Yuma police in April after he allegedly stole a vehicle and barricaded himself in the attic of a home.
All the charges stemming from that incident were dismissed last month.
Kinale is now being held on $200,000 bond on 3 warrants, 2 for assault and another for resisting arrest.
The Imperial County Sheriff's Office says Kinale failed to appear in court in Imperial Valley back in March.
That incident was in connection to a pending charge for assault with a deadly weapon.
Kinale's back in court next week.
