YUMA, AZ - The shooting suspect who has been out running local authorities since this weekend was arrested Tuesday and appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
Anthony Marshall Davis went before the Honorable Judge Alicia Aguirre at the Yuma Jail Court.
The 26-year-old originally from Kansas allegedly shot two females and cut his girlfriend with a knife on Turquoise Circle in Winterhaven Saturday night.
Davis is now facing multiple charges including a warrant violation of parole in California, with no bond, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft with means of transportation, and control of stolen property.
Davis will appear in court again this week.
The Imperial County Sheriff's Office says 31 year old Gilbert Vasquez of El Centro shot at three people after a verbal dispute over personal matters.More >>
