Shooting suspect carried out of court

YUMA, AZ - The Winterhaven shooting suspect arrested earlier this week was in court this morning but the hearing had to be continued.

Court officials say Anthony Marshall Davis was being disruptive during his hearing for a separate drug case this morning at Yuma City Municipal Court.

They say he had to be carried out.

The hearing has been continued until tomorrow.

Davis also has another case pending for allegedly shooting two females and cutting his girlfriend with a knife during a confrontation at Turquoise Circle in Winterhaven.

He remains in custody on no bond.
