Suspicious hay trailer fire shuts down Yuma street

YUMA, AZ - Yuma police want to know who set a trailer full of bailed hay ( sudan grass) on fire just after 2:00 in the morning. Officers responded to the 100 block of west 13th St. to assist the Yuma fire Department with a tractor trailer fire.  The load of bailed Sudan grass was on fire when Officers arrived.  The load and tractor trailer was destroyed.  The fire was determined to be suspicious in nature and the incident is currently under investigation.   

South 1st Ave. and West 13th St. was  shut down until about mid morning during this incident.
