Man accused of killing father appears in court

EL CENTRO, CA - The man accused of killing his father had his day in court.

Neil Green appeared in Imperial County Jail Court Friday morning in El Centro for a bail review.

Green's attorney wants his client's bond to be lowered but the district attorney's office requested to keep it as is.

The judge sided with the DA's office and Green remains in custody on $1 million.

Green is facing a murder charge for allegedly killing his father in their home in El Centro last week.

He will be back in court August 8, 2012.
