Criminal charges filed against man accused of fatal hit and run

Yuma, AZ - 26-year old Joseph Dildine made a second appearance at the Yuma County Justice Court in San Luis this morning through video.

Dildine is accused of a fatal hit and run that took the life of 19-year old Christopher Humbert. The incident happened earlier this month near the 3800 block of West 24th Street in Yuma.

Judge Lozano says the State of Arizona has officially filed criminal charges against Dildine.

Count 1 - Leaving the scene of an accident involving a death

Count 2 - Negligent homicide

Count 3- Aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor

Dildines bond has been set at $100,000. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled to take place next week.
