Yuma Border Patrol agents arrest sex offender

YUMA, AZ - Yuma Border Patrol agents have arrested an illegal sex offender.

Border Patrol officials say agents assigned to Andrade, Ca. arrested an El Salvadoran national yesterday and after running a record's check on him they discovered he had a long criminal record including rape, possession of controlled substance and had been previously deported from the U.S.

Border patrol officials say he will be prosecuted.
