Conserve water advisory in Westmorland lifted

WESTMORLAND, CA- Westmorland residents no longer have to conserve water.

The city has lifted a water advisory after a breach in the Westside Main Canal following monsoon storms last week.

They say crews from the Imperial Irrigation District and Westmorland Public Works have restored the breach.

This means water is now available for all Westmorland residents to use, no matter the amount, now that repairs have been made to the canal.
