Yuma Border Patrol agents seize $800,000 in drugs


YUMA, AZ - Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents seized almost $800,000 dollars worth of drugs on Friday.

Border Patrol officials say during a secondary inspection at a check point on Highway 95 near Quartzsite, they found 32 packages of narcotics in the gas tank of a black SUV.

The seized methamphetamine and heroin, along with the driver and car, were turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
