Arizona Motor Vehicles Division Computers Back On Line Statewide

PHOENIX – Customer services are now fully available at all Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division offices statewide, including the ServiceArizona.com website. Technicians resolved an issue with the state's mainframe computer after the services went down this morning. 

The computer system was operational again at approximately 1 p.m. today. During the outage, driver license and vehicle registration transactions were unavailable. 

MVD staff worked with Arizona residents who had come to the MVD offices to provide services to as many people as possible while the computer system was down.
