El Centro CHP release incident stats for Labor Day weekend

EL CENTRO, CA - The roadways were safer this Labor Day holiday in the El Centro area.

The California Highway Patrol reports there were no fatal accidents over the holiday weekend and they say they have not had any in the past four years.

DUI arrests were up over the previous year with a total of 8 people arrested compare to four arrests in 2011.

The number of property damage and injury collisions increased only slightly.
