YUMA, AZ.- Tuesday is the 11th anniversary of the terror attacks on the U.S. that killed nearly 3, 000 people.
On Monday afternoon, Yuma child burn survivors, children of firefighters and fire cadets graduating Tuesday, placed hundreds of small flags on the lawn of Yuma Fire Department station number 2.
The 343 flags symbolize how many firefighters died as a result of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001.
The annual display of flags will be up all day Tuesday.
