Rodolfo Gonzalez Sentenced to 9 More Years In Prison

YUMA - A Mexican national arrested by Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents in April is headed back to jail.

Rodolfo Lopez Gonzalez, 58, was sentenced to more than 9 years in prison following a guilty plea to illegal entry after deportation. Gonzalez was arrested five months ago near the Colorado River.

Border Patrol officials say Gonzalez completed five years in prison for illegal entry just 17 days earlier. He's been previously convicted of burglary, robbery and possession of a controlled substance.
