United Way honors Yuma County organizations

YUMA, AZ - United Way of Yuma County recognized local organizations today for giving back to their community.

During a ceremony Thursday afternoon, United Way officials recognized several community partners.

They were presented special certificates highlighting their efforts to give back to the communities in Yuma County.

Yuma Regional Medical Center received high honors for their employee campaign which raised more the $50,000.

Also during the ceremony, former KSWT-TV General Manager Andrew Wyatt was introduced as a new board member.
