YUMA, AZ - Police are investigating a burglary at a Yuma sports bar after an ATM was reported stolen and later found in a vehicle that had been set on fire.
The burglary happened just before six Saturday morning at Brewers in the 2300 Block of south Avenue B, according to the Yuma Police Department.
When officers arrived the doors had been pulled off the hinges and the ATM was missing. About an hour later police say they were called out to a motor vehicle fire below the Avenue 3E railroad bridge.
Upon arrival officers found a 2012 Jeep Cherokee that had been reported stolen in June. Inside the burned vehicle was the stolen ATM with an undisclosed amount of cash missing.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Yuma Police Department.
