Child molestation suspect in custody on no bond

YUMA, AZ - The man arrested last night for child molestation is being held in custody without bond.

Rafael Flesher, 46, made his first court appearance this afternoon.

He was booked into Yuma County Jail just after 8pm Tuesday evening on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Yuma Police Department detectives are still investigating; many details of the case aren't yet available.

He will be back in court later this week.
