Yuma-based Marine killed in Afghanistan is laid to rest

Yuma--The body of a local marine who lost his life in Afghanistan is laid to rest.

Sergeant Bradley W. Atwell's burial took place in Kokomo, Indiana on Friday.

27-year old Atwell was one of two Yuma-based marines who lost their lives in an attack on Camp Bastion two weeks ago.

Also killed in the Taliban attack was 40-year-old Lieutenant Colonel Christopher K. Raible.

Raible's burial is scheduled tomorrow at Arlington National Cemetery.
