YUMA, AZ- A man wanted by police for robbing a local snack bar at gunpoint appears before a judge.

The Yuma County Attorney's Office filed three separate complaints against Jessie Teposte.

Teposte was arrested Friday night in Somerton.

Yuma police say he was taken down by a police K9 following a short foot pursuit. They say he was then taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Teposte was booked into jail Monday night after being released from the hospital.

There was a citywide manhunt by the Yuma Police Department for Teposte Thursday after they say he robbed Arcos Iris in the 1200 block of 8th Street around 2 p.m.

In that case, Teposte was charged with one count of armed robbery.

Eight other charges from an incident on September 20, 2012 were also filed against Teposte. Those charges include kidnapping per domestic violence, aggravated assault per domestic violence, assault per domestic violence, obstructing a criminal investigation, theft and criminal damage per domestic violence.

Also, in August Yuma Justice Court Judge Gregory Stewart issued a warrant for Teposte after he failed to appear in court for resisting arrest.

Teposte's bond was set at $955,000.

He's back in court October 12 at 4 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.
