Bachelor Party Stripper Accident Brings Lawsuit

(AP) - A groom-to-be is suing a Philadelphia strip club for a mishap at his bachelor party. The suit says Patrick Gallagher had been invited to lie on the stage as a dancer at the Penthouse Club slid down a pole.

The woman landed on Gallagher's abdomen and ruptured his bladder. The Philadelphia Daily News says Gallagher is suing for $50,000 for medical costs, pain, humiliation and mental anguish.
